Precautions for the use of stone grading linear screen
When many manufacturers use stone grading linear screens, the improper use of the manufacturer has caused the machine to be damaged and unable to operate normally or other accidents. How to avoid such incidents?
(1) The stone grading linear screen should be placed horizontally and must be fastened and fixed.
(2) Check whether the screen is damaged or the tension is not enough. If it is damaged, replace it with a new screen immediately. If the tension is not enough, reinstall the screen to avoid the inability to screen the material or the insufficient fineness of the material.
(3) Check whether the parts of the stone grading linear vibrating screen are normal and whether the screws are tightened, and ensure that there is no looseness in the parts of each part, and ensure that the machine is used normally to avoid accidents.
(4) Ensure that the distance between the stone grading linear vibrating screen and the surrounding fixed objects is 30-50mm, and there should be no sundries in the middle to prevent machine damage and accidents caused by collision.
(5) When using the stone grading linear screen for the first time, the transportation support frame must be removed before opening the stone grading linear vibrating screen, otherwise it will affect the vibration work of the vibrating screen and cause machine damage and personal injury (many manufacturers will encounter this situation, so be sure to Pay special attention to this detail)
(6) Be sure to test the machine first, and then use it normally after confirming that it can be used.
(7) The linear sieve for stone grading should check whether the machine screws are loose at regular intervals, and if there are any abnormalities in other parts, repair them immediately.
(8) The machine must be fed evenly when using the machine, and the machine must be turned on before feeding to prevent the screen from being blocked and damaged. When hanging up, stop feeding and wait for all materials to come out before shutting down.

Owing to the simplicity and ruggedness of construction, very little maintenance will be
required on the feeder. However, the following points should be given careful
consideration:

1.Initial lubrication of the equipment was performed at the factory. The rotary electric vibrator will require lubrication! It is very important the equipment is properly lubricated. The rotary electric vibrator used can vary depending on the application. Check the nameplate on the rotary electric vibrator to obtain the model number and manufacturer. Lubricate the rotary electric vibrator per the recommendations of the manufacturer. If the grease used is changed to another type or brand, the bearing must be thoroughly flushed beforehand.

2.Some materials tend to adhere to and build up on the trough surface. This must be removed as a daily practice.

3. On a monthly basis:
(a) Check feeder and exciter stroke, they must not exceed the design limits of the feeder unit. Refer to Feeder Stroke section.
(b) Check the isolator springs and eyebolts (if suspension mounted) for any signs of wear. No chattering or impact noises should be heard.
(c) Check controller for any visible signs of wear or damage.

4. If maintenance is required on the rotary electric vibrator, be sure it is performed to the rotary electric vibrator manufacturer’s specifications.
How to use a vacuum feeding machine in conjunction with a dust-free feeding station?
The vacuum feeding machine is used in conjunction with the dust-free feeding station as a conveying device to transport materials from upstream equipment to downstream equipment through pipelines. For example, bagged materials of 20kg/bag, 25kg/bag, and 50kg/bag are poured into the material barrel or silo, and then the vacuum feeding machine is used to transport materials from the material barrel or silo to processing equipment such as mixer, vibrating screen, reaction kettle, and tablet press. Although the use of vacuum feeding equipment during this process has improved the environment to a certain extent, we have found that there is still a lot of dust flying around when pouring materials from bags into buckets, causing air pollution. Over time, the factory still emits a large amount of dust. In response to this phenomenon, we can cooperate with dust-free feeding stations to improve the problem of dust flying.
The dust-free feeding station is mainly composed of components such as a manual feeding platform, a feeding silo, a filtration system, and a back blowing airbag dust removal system. A dust-free feeding station, as the name suggests, is a device that can achieve dust-free effect when feeding materials into the equipment. Workers can place bagged materials on the feeding platform, and after unpacking, pour the materials into the silo. During the pouring process, dust will fly, and the flying dust is sucked away by the dust removal system, ensuring the cleanliness of the workshop environment.
After the material is discharged through the dust-free feeding station, we can use an adapter to connect the discharge port of the feeding bin with the suction pipe of the vacuum feeding machine. This way, the entire process from feeding to the vacuum feeding machine and downstream processing equipment can achieve dust-free effect, making the entire workshop cleaner. In order to save space and cost, a dust-free feeding station can also supply materials to multiple vacuum feeding machines.
Troubleshooting skills for transducer of ultrasonic vibrating screen
Ultrasonic vibrating screen introduces a low amplitude and high frequency ultrasonic vibration wave (mechanical wave) on the screen mesh based on the traditional vibrating screen to improve the screening performance of ultra-fine powder. It is especially suitable for users of fine powder with high added value.

1.Ignition of transducer vibrator: ceramic materials are broken, which can be checked with naked eyes and megger. Generally, as an emergency treatment measure, individual damaged vibrators can be disconnected without affecting the normal use of other vibrators.
2. Ultrasonic vibrator is affected with damp: the plug connected to the transducer can be checked with a megger, and the basic situation can be determined by checking the insulation resistance value. Generally, the insulation resistance is required to be greater than 5 megohms. If the insulation resistance value cannot be reached, the transducer is generally affected with moisture. You can put the transducer into the oven and set it at about 100 ℃ for drying for 3 hours or use a hair dryer to remove moisture until the resistance value is normal.
3. Degumming of the transducer: the transducer adopts the double assurance process of cementation and screw fastening, which generally occurs; Generally, if the transducer is used at full load for 10 years, there may be abnormal noise in the use and daily maintenance of the vibrating dewatering screen;

What are the advantages of using wooden grids for linear vibrating screens?
Advantages of screening effect: the use of wooden grids does not affect the characteristics of the materials, and does not affect the quality of the materials during the screening process. Due to the characteristics of some materials, the use of iron grids will affect the characteristics of the materials, and the use of high-quality wood for wooden grids ensures that the characteristics of the materials remain unchanged and the product quality is guaranteed.

Reasons for frequent damage of vibrating screen
1. Insufficient tension of the screen causes the screen to vibrate greatly, which usually breaks or damages along the edge of the screen or the frame.
2. The quality of the screen is unqualified. Generally, the screen has an upper sieve layer (sub-network) and a lower load-bearing layer (parent network). The two layers are required to be tightly attached. If the tensioning process of the screen is poor , When the force layer at the bottom is tightened, the sieve layer is not tightened, and the throwing force of the material is greatly reduced during work, which affects the efficiency of the small fraction.
3. If the material stays on the screen for too long or too much time, the tension of the screen will be damaged, and the bag will eventually appear.
