What we need to do if the ultrasonic vibrating screen transducer is overheated?
Ultrasonic vibrating screen is a screening equipment for fine materials, which can be widely used in the screening of food, medicine, chemical industry, metal powder and other materials. However, some users reported that the ultrasonic transducer overheated during use. So what factors are causing this problem? How to solve it?

1. There is material residue at the transducer interface

The transducer is installed on the screen frame. Due to long-term operation, the interface between the transducer and the screen frame will become loose, and excessive material falling to the interface of the transducer will cause poor heat dissipation of the transducer, thereby cause the transducer to heat up.
For this problem, we can check the transducer regularly, stop it immediately for maintenance if it is loose, and clean it up immediately if there is residue.

2. The short circuit of the connecting line causes the transmission signal to be abnormal

The ultrasonic screening system is composed of a transducer and an ultrasonic power supply, and the cable is connected to the two. If the cable is damaged, the transmission power will be abnormal and the temperature of the transducer will be abnormal. For this problem, we can check the connecting wire before and after production, and replace it immediately if any damage is found;
3. Ultrasonic power problem

For the parts that provide ultrasonic waves to the transducer, the output power will be unstable when the ultrasonic power supply fails. In the long run, the temperature of the transducer will be abnormal, which will affect the screening accuracy and output. When starting the ultrasonic power supply, please check the equipment in advance to ensure normal operation;

4. Voltage instability

Both the vibrating screen and the ultrasonic system require electricity to maintain operation, so if the power supply is unstable, it will also cause the transducer to overheat. Therefore, please check the connection cables regularly during production to ensure that the cables are normal and the power supply is stable.
Reasons for the clogging of the vibrating screen
When sieving with a vibrating screen, according to the nature of the material, various forms of sieve hole blockage will occur. The main reasons for the blockage of the sieve are as follows: (1) Contain a large number of particles close to the separation point of the sieve; (2) The material has a high water content; (3) Spherical particles or materials with multiple contact points to the sieve; (4) The material itself has strong static electricity; (5) Fibrous and dendritic materials; (6) There are many flake particles in the material; (7) The woven screen wire is thick.
How to prevent the vibrating screen from blocking the holes
Because most of the material particles that need to be screened are irregular, the cause of blockage is also diverse. In order to effectively prevent the screen of the vibrating screen from clogging, measures should be taken to address the reasons for the clogging of the above-mentioned screen holes. When the material particle size is finer, the mud content is more and the sieving particle size is smaller, the water will play a decisive role in the blockage of the screen. When the moisture in the material is greater than 5, if the material is dried unconditionally, the screen surface and sieve holes should be selected. Reasonable adjustment of the screen tension is an effective method to reduce the hole blocking of the screen. The reasonable tension causes the screen to produce a slight secondary vibration with the supporting beam, thereby effectively reducing the occurrence of hole blocking.

How to solve the screening problem of electrostatic materials
Solve the problem from the material
The direct way to solve the problem of static electricity is to eliminate static electricity. Based on years of experience, Dayong Vibration will provide you with the following solutions:
Connect the ground wire to the screen of the vibrating screen (generally use a three-dimensional vibrating screen) to export the current;
Add antistatic agent to the material before feeding;
Increase the humidity in the workshop to increase the humidity of the material. Experiments show. When the air humidity is lower than 30%, it is conducive to friction to generate static electricity. If the humidity is increased to 45%, it will be difficult to generate static electricity.
Problems caused by vibration motor without maintenance:
The vibration motor runs with a lack of phase, the motor is noisy, and if it takes a long time to heat up, it will burn out due to heat. The voltage connected to the motor does not match the actual one.
The bearings of the vibration motor have not been maintained for a long time, and the grease or new bearings will be replaced. The heat will be generated during operation, and the motor will burn out during sweeping and boring.
The vibration motor is controlled by frequency conversion, and it runs at low frequency for a long time. Without strong cooling air, the motor is burned due to insufficient heat dissipation.
If it is a vibrating motor, the brake cannot be opened due to failure or is not fully opened, causing the motor to burn out.
The load is blocked or the motor is burnt due to overcurrent for a long time.
Vibration motor power supply voltage is too high. If the power supply voltage is too high, the motor winding coil will be burnt due to overcurrent.
Vibration motor insulation quality is poor. Such as turn-to-turn and phase-to-phase short circuit or breakdown with the shell.
The vibration motor is overloaded. If the power supply voltage of the missing phase is too low, mechanical failure, and power allocation margin is too small, they are all manifestations of overload. The most common causes of motor burnout are power supply phase loss and mechanical failure. Motor overload, motor short circuit, grounding, poor motor lubrication, etc. cause bearing damage and cause the motor to burn out;
The load is jammed or stuck, causing the motor to be overloaded and burned.
The insulation of the motor itself is aging, the motor is exposed to moisture or water, and the ventilation system of the vibrating motor is faulty
