1. Use tools to adjust the angle of the vibration motor exciter to increase the excitation force, increase the jumping strength of the material and reduce the cohesiveness. The smaller the angle of the exciter, the greater the excitation force.
2. Thicken the vibration motor exciter, some original vibration motor exciters are lighter and it is difficult to make the screen have a greater bounce force.
3. Some materials can be rinsed with clean water, which can dilute the materials to reduce the cohesive force of the materials.
4. The screen life of wet materials is shorter than that of dry materials, and it is more troublesome to clean when the screen is severely blocked. Therefore, more screens should be prepared and replaced in time to avoid affecting production.
5. Increase manual cleaning. Every time the three-dimensional vibrating screen is working, it will be cleaned manually in time. Usually, the screen that has not been cleaned for more than two hours is easy to dry and sticks and is more difficult to clean. The second cleaning of materials is more difficult. It is recommended to equip high-pressure water grabbing for better production occasions.

How to solve the material transportation deviation of linear vibrating screen

1. The conveying material of the linear vibrating screen is not good
These problems of linear vibrating screen are generally caused by improper installation of the vibrating motor. Under normal circumstances, during the installation of the linear vibrating screen, the vibrating screen manufacturer will have professional technicians to follow to install and debug the screen. But in the process of using the sieve machine, some parts will become loose. Then the manufacturer needs to maintain the vibrating screen regularly. If you encounter a problem that is difficult to solve, you should contact the vibrating screen manufacturer in time, and do not disassemble the screen without permission to avoid unnecessary losses!
2. The direction of discharge of the linear vibrating screen may be caused by these reasons
1 Uneven phenomenon occurs when feeding.
2 The installation foundation plane and the center of gravity of the spring support are unstable and cause displacement.
3. The position of the exciter and whether the two sides of the swing eccentric block are balanced.
4. The stiffness of the damping spring is inconsistent and damaged.
5 The weight deviation of the screen body itself is a bit large, and the center of gravity is not accurately located.
How to solve the damage of vibrating screen?
The corresponding solution:   
   1. First, choose a reliable screen when choosing a vibrating screen;   
  2. Check the tension of the screen frequently; check whether the screen is compacted.  
  3. If it is to screen liquid, add a hopper or a buffer when there is a strong impact force.  
   4. If there is material accumulation, find out the cause as soon as possible, such as adjusting the eccentric block of the vibration motor
Why is the vibrating screen easily damaged?
The use of vibrating screens is very wide, and many companies have used vibrating screens. They will worry about the loss of the screens, and they are indispensable wearing parts on the vibrating screens.
The following are the reasons and solutions for the easy damage of the vibrating screen.
The main reason for the rapid damage of the vibrating screen:   
   1. The quality of the screen is an important factor that causes the screen to break too quickly. If the material of the screen does not meet the screening requirements of the material, the screen will be damaged quickly.  
2. The screen generally has an upper screen layer and a lower stress layer. The two layers are required to be closely attached. If the pre-tensioning process of the screen is poor, when the stress layer at the bottom of the screen is tightened, the screen If the stratification is not tightened, the vibration distance of the screen when the screen is working is too large, and the part in contact with the screen frame cannot be compressed, which is also one of the reasons for the rapid damage of the screen. In addition, the tension of the screen is not enough, which causes the screen to vibrate, which is usually broken or damaged along the edge of the screen or at the edge bead.
  3. The feeding problem of materials. Because the vibrating screen is constantly feeding, if too much material is fed at a time, it will hinder the normal movement of the material on the screen, which will not only easily loosen the screen, but also greatly reduce the processing capacity of the material. Giving a large amount of materials at one time will cause the load of the motor that is in unbalanced operation to increase suddenly, which not only easily damages the screen, but also easily damages the vibrating motor. Therefore, the materials must be fed evenly when placing the materials. In the feeding method with strong impact force, the vibrating screen must be equipped with a buffer hopper. The direct impact of the material on the screen will consume the exciting force generated by the vibration source, which is more likely to cause the screen to be damaged.
How to solve the left and right vibration of linear vibrating screen?
Causes of left and right vibration of linear vibrating screen and corresponding measures:
1. The screen is not tensioned. Tighten the screen or replace it with a new one.
2. Check whether the vibrating screen is placed in a flat position. For example, if the vibrating screen is not stable, change to a level ground or workbench, and the bracket is fixed.
3. Whether the transportation support is disassembled. If the transportation support is not disassembled according to the instructions of the machine, not only the linear vibrating screen will vibrate as a whole but also damage the whole machine.
4. Whether the angle of the weight of the motor needs to be re-adjusted; whether the motor running direction is the same, the motor running direction of the linear vibrating screen should be opposite instead of the same.

How to deal with the noise problem of vibration motor
Under normal circumstances, many vibration devices are connected with even or multiple vibration motors when they are installed. Except for the single motor used for the rotary vibrating screen. Mine screens and linear screens are normally equipped with two motors. If you find a lot of noise during production, you can check the following three parts first to see if there is a fault: 1) Whether the roughness of the contact surface between the vibration equipment and the vibration motor foot is consistent Installation requirements; 2) Whether the anchor bolts are tightened; 3) Whether the vibration acceleration of the main engine meets the use requirements; if there is no problem in the inspection, it is worth noting whether the adjustment of the eccentric block of the vibration motor is correct. Note that the adjustment of the eccentric blocks on both sides should be consistent, to avoid the vibration of the vibration motor from side to side, which is prone to cracking of the foot. When some customers adjust the eccentric block, the included angle (or chord length) of the eccentric block at both ends is inconsistent, which will also cause the noise of the vibration motor. Furthermore, pay attention to the rotation of the two vibration motors. If both vibration motors are running in the same direction, your material will move to one side. The use of rubber springs can effectively reduce the noise of the equipment and reduce the friction between the steel spring metal and the metal during the vibration process. If you have done all of the above, please pay attention to whether the ground of your equipment is flat. If these conditions are avoided and there is still noise, then the material used in your equipment must be too saved, because the vibration motor and the equipment are integrated during the vibration process, which can also be called a vibration, but if the steel plate is thin Under the circumstance, there will be 2 resonances or irregular vibrations.
