1. When the equipment is operating normally, the feeding situation of the sieve should be frequently observed, and the frequency of feeding should be increased or decreased in a timely manner in order to improve the classification efficiency.
2. Because the screen has high classification efficiency, good dehydration performance, and high concentration of the screen volume, the fluidity of the slurry in the screen volume chute is poor and should be equipped with a water pipe.
3. The motor and control box must be strictly protected from water to avoid short circuit. The vibrator should be covered with a rubber plate to prevent water and slurry from falling in, causing short circuit and blocking the air gap.
4. Check at any time whether the bolts in various parts are loose and whether the screen frame collides with the chute, etc.

The difference between swing screen and rotary vibrating screen:
1. The working principle of the swing screen is different from that of the rotary vibrating screen.
From the perspective of running trajectory, the swing screen is a nonlinear inertial vibrating screen, and its basic rotary motion is similar to manual screening. The material is evenly dispersed on the entire screen surface from the center to the outer edge, thereby spreading in the axial direction in a spiral motion. The fine particles thus complete the entire screening process. The rotary vibrating screen is a screening machine that performs three-dimensional circular motion, so the production sites required by the two screening machines are also different.
2. Different production output
If you want large output, it is recommended that you use a swing screen. If you want high precision, you need to use a rotary vibrating screen. This is because the area of contact between the screen surface of the swing screen and the material is large, while the usable area of the rotary vibrating screen is smaller. A larger contact part between the screen surface and the material will effectively increase the product throughput, while a small contact part will effectively improve the screening accuracy.
3. Screening accuracy is different
Since the rotary vibrating screen performs three-dimensional motion, and the operation mode of the swing screen determines that the effective screening area is doubled, the screening accuracy can reach more than 95%.
4. Impact on raw materials
There is no doubt that the rotary vibrating screen uses the principle of vibration to screen materials. Due to the vibration, the appearance of the materials will be destroyed. Therefore, many granular crystalline and brittle materials are not suitable for screening by the rotary vibrating screen, such as chicken essence and rotary vibrating screen. MSG, sugar, cooked food, etc. The swing screen has a slight elliptical swing motion, does not use vibration, has little impact on the raw materials, will not damage the material shape, and further improves the material output rate.
5. There is a big price difference between the swing screen and the rotary vibrating screen.

The technology is mature and the supporting equipment is complete, so the price-performance ratio is very high. As a new product, the swing screen is relatively complicated to make and the supporting equipment is not perfect, so the price is generally several times higher than that of the rotary vibrating screen.

Can the linear vibrating screen screen phosphate?

What general failures will occur in the rotary vibrating screen
1. Motor: See if the line is broken and crimped, whether the wire is not long enough, whether the motor current is correct, whether the lubricant is injected too much in a single operation.
2. Abnormal sound appears: see if the ring screws are tightened, whether the ring is fully fitted, whether the machine is stable, whether the spring is broken or cracked, the body collides with other hard objects, whether the motor alloy steel screws are loose, Whether the discharge port is in contact with other foreign objects.
3. Raw materials and discharge: observe whether the motor runs in the wrong direction, the angle between the upper and lower eccentric blocks is too large, and the device of the upper and lower eccentric blocks is wrong.
4. Fine mesh is easy to break: whether the raw material directly impacts the mesh surface, whether the fine mesh is tightened, whether the coarse mesh has been damaged, or the rubber pad has been worn thin.
5. The outlet of the stainless steel frame is cracked: whether the overweight pipe is connected or the heavy object is hung, whether the ring is locked evenly.
Do you have any specific steps for checking the condition of the motor when maintaining a vibrating screen?
Here are some specific steps and precautions when checking the motor condition of the vibrating screen:

Safe power off: Before checking the motor, make sure the vibrating screen is powered off to prevent electric shock or other unexpected situations.
Appearance inspection: Check the appearance of the motor, including whether the casing is intact, whether there is obvious damage or deformation, etc. Make sure there is no abnormality on the outside of the motor.
Connection check: Check whether the motor cables and connectors are intact, without breakage, wear or looseness. Make sure the cables are firmly connected and there are no exposed wires.
Insulation check: Use an insulation tester or multimeter to measure the insulation resistance of the motor. Make sure that the insulation resistance value meets the specification requirements to confirm that the insulation condition of the motor is good.
Bearing inspection: Check the condition of the motor bearings. Gently rotate the rotor to observe whether there is any abnormal noise, vibration or unsmooth rotation. If abnormalities are found, bearing maintenance or replacement may be required.
Temperature detection: Use an infrared thermometer or contact thermometer to measure the temperature of the motor. Make sure that the temperature of the motor does not exceed the rated range when it is running to avoid failure caused by overheating.
Lubrication check: If the motor has lubrication points, check the condition of the lubricating oil or grease. Ensure that the amount of lubricating oil or grease is sufficient and lubrication maintenance is performed according to the manufacturer's recommendations.
Operational test: Under safe conditions, reconnect the power and perform an operational test on the motor. Observe the motor's starting, running, and stopping process to check for any abnormal conditions or noise.
