3.The lubrication of the bearing seat and gearbox should be checked regularly, and the oil should be added and changed in time. The large shaft bearing adopts No. 2 lithium-based grease. Under normal circumstances, the grease should be refilled once every two months, and the filling amount should not be too much, otherwise the bearing will be easily overheated. All bearings should be cleaned and inspected once a year.
4.When the equipment is out of service for a long time (more than 30 days) and restarted, the motor insulation should be telemetry to prevent the motor from burning.

How to Prevent Broken Seeds in Elevating Grain Materials

How to Choose A Bucket Elevator

3. The vibration motor is installed on the top of the linear vibrating screen
If the customer is limited in the height and width of the outlet of the linear vibrating screen equipment, no matter whether it is installed at the bottom or on both sides, the vibrating motor cannot meet the requirements. At this time, the vibration motor can be installed in the middle of the top of the device, so that it neither increases the width of the device nor affects the height of the discharge port of the device.
