In the sieving of titanium dioxide, the common titanium dioxide is 40-325 mesh or even finer. Because the choice of titanium dioxide vibrating screen should contain many elements such as: particle size structure, specific gravity, water content, viscosity, temperature, disposal capacity, etc. Titanium dioxide vibrating screen can choose the following models:

1. Rotary vibrating screen (small output and general precision)
2. Linear screen (large output accuracy is not as good as rotary vibrating screen)
3. Ultrasonic vibrating screen (general output, high precision, mostly used for 200-500 mesh screening)
The Solutions of Linear Vibrating Screen
1. It is often necessary to reduce the load of the light vibrating screen and clean the vibrating screen
2. Change the inclination of the screen box
3. Adjust the feeding amount of the vibrating screen
4. Tighten the screen and draw the drive belt closer.
5. When nailing the screen frame of the vibrating screen, the bead shall be extended forward by 2 cm, and the suspended nail of the screen shall be nailed under the extended bead to prevent mixing of materials.
The Reasons of Linear Vibrating Screen
1. The sieve of the screen is blocked (anti-clogging device should be added)
2. The moisture of the material thrown into the vibrating screen is too large (the viscosity is large, and it should be put into the vibrating screen after proper drying)
3. Uneven feeding on the vibrating screen surface (add material divider)
4. The material layer on the vibrating screen is too thick (add material diverter to control the feeding amount)
5. The screen frame is not stretched forward.
Precautions for Daily Use of Airflow Screen
a. The air flow screen is not suitable for screening materials with viscosity, water content> 5%, flammable, explosive and other materials;
b. With the same type of air flow screen, the larger the screened material mesh, the lower the corresponding output;
c. The following items should be stated when ordering:
1) The name and bulk density of the target screening material;
2) Material size and water content;
3) Requirements for output;
4) Screen mesh number;
5) Screening standard mesh materials should account for about 85% of the total materials;
6) The air flow screen can only screen materials of one mesh at the same time. If you need to screen materials of several meshes at the same time, multiple machines need to be connected.
The Distinction Method of Stainless Steel Vibrating Screens of Different Materials
1. Magnet identification
The 304 stainless steel commonly used in stainless steel vibrating screens will not have adsorption force when using a magnet, while the inferior 201 stainless steel magnet will have a slight adsorption force if it is near.

2. Identification of finish and brightness
After polishing the 304 stainless steel, the surface of the screen is smooth and tidy, while the inferior 201 stainless steel will have some pitting and dark spots on the surface of the vibrating screen after polishing.

3. Identification of chemical potions
Different materials of stainless steel can be quickly distinguished through chemical potions. Specific usage methods:
Put 1~2 drops of stainless steel identification liquid on the material to be tested, wait for a few seconds, the display effect: (such as stains on the surface of the stainless steel, and the coating must be cleaned before testing)
1) 201 stainless steel, the droplet instantly turns dark brown red;
2) 304 stainless steel, droplets do not change color within 3-5 minutes.
