1. Remove the transportation support:
In order to avoid damage to the equipment during transportation, the vibrating screen manufacturer will install three supporting frames before the newly manufactured circular vibrating screen is delivered. The user removes the support frame before starting. Otherwise, the rotary vibrating screen cannot work normally. The mounting position of the support frame is indicated by a mark, and the general position is close to the vibration spring.
2. Check the tightening of the vibrating screen accessories:
Before use, please carefully check the firmness of the vibrating motor, locking ring, damping spring and other components; check the vibrating screen fasteners, the bolts of the whole machine have been tightened in place before leaving the factory, but the user needs to use it for a period of time. The bolts of the machine are tightened twice, and the bolts can be loosened under stress. If it is found to be loose, it should be tightened in time.
3.When screening dry materials, connect hose or canvas soft connections to the inlet and outlet devices of the circular vibrating screen to prevent potential leakage or dust overflow.

How to Extend The Using Life of Chemical Vibrating Screen
1. Always keep the chemical vibrating screen clean, and check whether the screen and other accessories are damaged during the handover.
