As we all know, the linear vibrating screen is a kind of double vibrating motor that relies on the same excitation force and runs in reverse at the same time. In addition, the screening equipment is of rectangular design, so that the material can move forward in a straight line on the screen surface. According to the purpose of the screen mesh The feed is classified into several different particle sizes. So what determines the screening output of the feed vibration sieve?

1.The inclination angle of the screen surface: Because the feed has a certain grease viscosity, when producing a linear vibrating screen, it needs to be made with an inclination angle, that is, there is a certain angle between the screen surface and the horizontal plane, 0-5 degrees is suitable, and there is an angle. Increasing the throwing degree of materials on the screen surface, speeding up the movement of materials on the screen surface, and reducing the phenomenon of material blocking the net.

2. The amplitude and frequency of the vibrating motor: The amplitude is determined according to the particle size and nature of the material to be screened when selecting. The increase of the vibration frequency can increase the number of bounces of the material on the screen surface, and the probability of the material through the screen can also increase, which is very helpful for accelerating the screening speed of the material and improving the screening efficiency. Therefore, the vibration motor amplitude and frequency must be selected appropriately.
