A customer in Germany needed to screen wet rice and had some specific customization requirements. To meet the customer's requirements, we recommended a 1000mm rotary vibrating screen to them and made some customized designs.
According to the customer's requirements, we selected a two-layer circular perforated grid structure for the rotary vibrating screen, and adopted 2mm and 6mm mesh sizes. This configuration can effectively screen wet rice and meet the customer's requirements for grading different particle sizes.

In addition, in order to adapt to the special processing needs of wet rice, the customer also required the discharge port to be lengthened and customized. We redesigned the discharge port according to the customer's requirements to ensure that the wet rice can be discharged from the screening machine smoothly.
According to our estimates, this customized
1000mm rotary vibrating screen can achieve an output of about 2 tons per hour, which can meet the customer's production needs.
With this equipment, the German customer can efficiently screen wet rice and grade the product by particle size. Our customized design ensures that the equipment is perfectly matched with the customer's special needs, providing a reliable and efficient wet rice screening solution.
