The
vibrating screen can take the following measures to reduce noise:
1. Regularly check the looseness of equipment parts
First of all, pay attention to whether the noise is caused by loose equipment. Therefore, in order to reduce noise, first of all, the parts of the vibrating screen, especially the sieve plate that needs to be replaced frequently, should be fastened to avoid additional vibration caused by loose parts.
2. Use polyurethane sieve plate instead of metal sieve plate
Due to the small elastic modulus and large internal resistance of polyurethane materials, replacing metal sieve plates with polyurethane sieve plates can effectively reduce noise.
3. Screen box side plate with constrained damping layer
The plate structure such as the side plate and rear end plate of the screen box is welded or riveted with thin plates. These large-area thin plates will generate strong noise under the action of exciting force. The radiated noise of the plate surface is proportional to the square of the vibration velocity of the plate surface. Therefore, beam damping material can be added on the surface of the plate to achieve the purpose of noise reduction.
5. Use flexible spoke gears
During the vibration process, the meshing noise of gears is also a noteworthy noise source. Synchronous gears used on vibrating screens generally work in strong vibration environments. Due to the greater influence of internal and external meshing, the impact noise is relatively large.
Due to the large internal resistance and large elastic deformation of the rubber, it can not only reduce the impact of meshing, but also absorb more vibration energy. Therefore, flexible spoke gears can be used to achieve the purpose of noise reduction.
6. Use rubber spring instead
During vibration, there is relative sliding between the spring end and the support. Due to dry friction, the frequency of friction noise is high and the noise is large, which makes the local noise at the spring position of the vibrating screen increase significantly. After using the rubber spring, part of the noise is significantly reduced.
