Ultrasonic vibrating screen is installed on the basis of
three-dimensional vibrating sieve with an ultrasonic cleaning device to solve various screening problems such as blocking, sticking, adsorption, static electricity, and light weight. According to the different installation positions of the ultrasonic transducer, it can be divided into external ultrasonic vibrating screen and built-in ultrasonic vibrating screen. So why is the ultrasonic vibrating screen separated from the external type and the built-in type? The following is the difference between the two installation methods.
1. Installation and maintenance: The installation of the built-in transducer requires the removal of the screen frame and screen mesh before installation and maintenance can be carried out. Because the external transducer is outside the screen frame, installation and maintenance are relatively simple and quick.
2. Service life: Since the built-in transducer is installed at the bottom of the screen, materials will fall into the transducer during use, causing the transducer to heat up, which will affect the screening accuracy and service life. The external energy displacer and the screen frame are in close contact and have a good sealing effect, which can effectively prevent materials from entering the transducer and prolong the service life.
3. The price is different: Although the internal displacer has certain defects in its service life and installation, its price is relatively low. As the installation and design costs of the external energy displacer increase, its price will be relatively high.
