Classification of motors: It can be divided into DC motors and AC motors, three-phase motors, single-phase motors, synchronous motors, asynchronous motors, variable frequency motors, and speed-regulating motors. The function of motors is to convert electrical energy into mechanical energy.

The similarity between the vibration motor and the normal motor is that the electromagnetic working principle is the same, and the difference is: the difference in structure, appearance, and performance. For example, the weight of the Y series 7.5KW ordinary motor is 76KG, while the weight of the same 7.5KW vibration motor reaches 450KG, the weight difference is 6 times, and the appearance volume is of course much larger.

The working principle of the vibration motor is to install a set of adjustable eccentric blocks at each end of the extended rotor shaft. The centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the motor spindle and the eccentric block is used to obtain the exciting force, which is connected to the vibration equipment through the vibration motor anchor bolt connection. Realize the effect of vibrating equipment on the screening, feeding, dewatering, and vibrating of materials.
