Operation Steps for Test Sieve

Inspection sieve, also known as standard inspection sieve, test sieve, analysis sieve, etc., is mainly used in laboratories to accurately detect, screen, and filter the particle size structure, liquid solid content and amount of debris of granular and powdered materials. The standard inspection sieve has the characteristics of reliable quality, design skills, convenient movement, high screening accuracy and low noise.

The main function of the test sieve is to analyse the particle size of the material, so how to operate it? The following is a detailed analysis of the basic working steps and precautions of the standard test sieve:

Before the sieve shaker starts to work, the following work steps should be done:
1. Check whether the connected power supply meets the requirements (corresponding to the nameplate);
2. The test sieve must be placed horizontally;
3. The vibrating part of the test sieve cannot be in contact with other objects;
4. Ensure that the bolts of each part of the test sieve body are locked;
5. Select the appropriate sieve frame according to the characteristics of the target screening material;
6. Stack the standard screen frame on the base of the screen frame in the order of the aperture from small to large and from bottom to top;
7. Put the materials into the uppermost sieve frame and put the upper cover on;
8. Adjust the height of the adjusting rod according to the total height of the sieve frame, use the pressure plate and the lock nut to position and press the standard sieve frame, and pay attention to the force on both sides;
9. According to the nature of the target material and the amount of feed, set the running time on the timer, turn on the power, and start the test sieve shaker.
10. Unscrew the lock nut, remove the pressure plate, and carefully remove the standard sieve frame;
11. Cut off the power supply of the standard sieve shaker.

At this point, the basic work steps of the standard test sieve are completed.
The operation of the standard test sieve is relatively simple, but the above steps should be carefully compared and completed one by one to avoid errors caused by improper operation.
