The magnetic levitation test sieve is a new type of vibrating screening equipment that covers mechanical physical motion and high-frequency electromagnetic vibration, and integrates two physical vibrations. The working parameters meet the national industry standards and are used in conjunction with experimental sieves and sample sieves; For industries: screening, inspection, and production in chemical, metallurgy, abrasives, food, medicine, and other industries. The motor drives the gear to pass through the timing belt to the main shaft. After the gear is changed, the main shaft rotates at the required speed. The principle: the electromagnetic device forms a magnetic field after energization, and the vibration device is suspended in the middle of the magnetic field to form upper and lower high-frequency vibration frequencies, which are then transmitted through the bottom tray to the tray. A set of sieves arranged from coarse to fine makes the materials in the experimental sieve and sample sieve vibrate and move up and down, left and right, so that only materials of the same particle size are left in each layer of experimental sieve and sample sieve.
