When the
drum screen is screening materials, once the materials enter the drum device, due to the tilt and rotation of the drum device, the materials on the screen surface quickly flip and roll, causing qualified materials (products under the screen) to be discharged through the discharge port at the bottom of the rear end of the drum. Unqualified materials (products on the screen) are discharged through the discharge port at the tail of the drum. But if sticky materials are encountered, they often adhere to the sieve mesh. How can we quickly remove the sticky materials from the sieve mesh?
1. Increase the vibration amplitude;
2. Use sprayed water to rinse the screen and drill cuttings to reduce their viscosity, but this method is only suitable for situations where water is allowed to be added.
3. Adjust the angle of the screen at the sand discharge port downwards to facilitate the discharge of rock debris by gravity, but it may lead to slurry leakage;
4. Change the mesh size of the sieve or adjust the flow rate of the single sieve to ensure that the flow stop of the drilling fluid is close to the outlet of the sieve, allowing the drilling cuttings to be smoothly discharged under the lubrication of the drilling fluid;
