Egyptian customer chooses 316 material linear screen to improve the quality of phosphate screening products
A phosphate customer in Egypt was faced with the challenge of improving product quality. Their feed size was about 5 mm, and their goal was to screen out particles below 1 mm to improve the quality of the finished product. In addition, the customer required an hourly output of about 50 tons. In response to this demand, we recommended the use of 316 material linear screens as a solution to the customer.
Salt materials are corrosive, so we recommend the use of 316 material because it is more corrosion-resistant and has a longer service life. We selected the DZSF1840 model linear screen for the customer and planned to provide 5 units. According to our estimates, the output of each unit is about 12 tons/hour to meet the customer's 50 tons/hour output requirement.
By using these linear screens, the customer is able to achieve accurate screening of phosphate feed. Fine particles below 1 mm will be screened out, thereby improving the quality of the finished product. This screening process will bring higher product quality to the customer, making it stand out in the market competition.
