Effect of vibration amplitude on screening efficiency
The amplitude of the rotary vibrating screen is one of the key factors affecting screening efficiency. The larger the amplitude, the higher the screening efficiency. However, if the amplitude is too large, it will cause the screening mechanism to become unbalanced and the vibration amplitude to be too large, thereby damaging the lifespan of the screening mesh and the screening mechanism.
Amplitude adjustment method of rotary vibrating screen

The amplitude of the rotary vibrating screen can be achieved by adjusting the position of the eccentric block. The closer the eccentric block is to the center of the screen machine, the smaller the amplitude, and vice versa. To adjust the position of the eccentric block, you need to disassemble the upper cover of the rotary vibrating screen, and then move the eccentric block along the axis to the desired position. It should be noted that when adjusting the amplitude, it should be adjusted gradually to avoid making too large a one-time adjustment, which may cause the equipment to become unbalanced.
