The vacuum conveyor / feeder produced by Xinxiang Dayong Vibration Equipment Co., Ltd. is small in size and simple in structure. Because it only needs stainless steel pipes and flexible connections, it is easy to install, repair and maintain, and the control system is convenient to operate. Generally, it is compatible with dust-free feeding. Station use, connect the vacuum feeder directly with an adapter at the bottom, and realize dust-free transportation of materials in the pipeline. Mainly used to transport powder and granular materials, such as bulk drug powder, chemical powder, metal oxide powder, powder; capsules, tablets, pills, small food particles, granules, etc.

The vacuum conveyor / feeder is not suitable for conveying too moist, sticky, and heavy materials, but for these special materials, we will provide customers with a suitable vacuum feeder design or install a special vibrator to assist the feeding, usually with mixing The use of machines, packaging machines, shredders, vibrating screens and other equipment meets GMP requirements.

Regarding filter elements, our commonly used filter elements include stainless steel sintered mesh, titanium sintered, PE coated, and cloth bags.

Among them, the bag filter element is economical and has a good net cleaning effect. It is relatively used for general chemical raw materials and has a relatively high filtration accuracy.

Stainless steel and titanium sintered filter elements are more suitable for food or medical materials with high material requirements.
