The reason why the vibration motor can't work normally
1. Can't start
First of all, cut off the power immediately and observe carefully to see if there is a problem with the wiring. Manually check whether the mechanical part is stuck or other faults. Then check whether the vibration motor cable and coil are energized, leaked, and overloaded. If there is none, it may be There is a problem with the stator or rotor windings.
2. There is noise during operation
Listen carefully to the sound of the vibration motor. The grunting sound is usually caused by the damage of the bearing balls, and the sizzling sound is usually caused by lack of oil. If the noise is relatively loud, it may be caused by loose bolts.
3. Low insulation resistance
In a humid environment, water can easily enter the motor and cause the insulation value to be low. In addition, too much oil on the windings can also easily cause the insulation value to drop, and the insulation is aging. If this happens, the vibration motor coil must be baked. Dry treatment.
4. The bearing is overheated
Through the infrared thermometer, we can effectively and quickly understand the temperature of the bearing. If the bearing is overheated, it will have a burnt smell and black smoke, or even become stuck and unable to rotate; this means that the vibration motor runs for a long time with high current, resulting in high temperature due to lack of oil. ; In this case, the machine must be shut down quickly. After the temperature of the vibrating motor drops, add supplementary high-temperature grease. If the bearing has been damaged, replace it with a new bearing
