Regarding The Adjustment of The Excitation Force of The Vibration Motor

There are two main ways to adjust the excitation force of the vibration motor produced by our company according to the difference of the model.
For motors with rated excitation force <250KN, the excitation force can be adjusted steplessly from 0 to rated excitation force. The adjustment process is as follows:
1.First remove the protective covers at both ends of the motor, and keep the eccentric block (fixed eccentric block) inside the motor at both ends in place.
2.Loosen the clamping bolts of the outer eccentric block (adjustable eccentric block) at both ends, and adjust to the corresponding scale in the same direction. When adjusting the eccentric block, ensure that the adjustment angle and direction of the eccentric block are consistent.
3.The following gives the magnitude of the excitation force in four cases, F represents the rated excitation force.
4.After adjusting the excitation force as required, tighten the clamping bolts of the outer eccentric block (adjustable eccentric block) at both ends, and the clamping bolts must be tightened.
