There are three main noise sources for
vibrating screens:
1. During the screening process, the ore continuously impacts the metal screen surface and frame, producing strong screening noise;
2. The high falling noise generated by the continuous impact of large screened ore on the metal chute when it falls;
3. The mechanical noise emitted by the bearing components and screen box during machine operation.
Solution:
1. Replace metal sieve plates with rubber sieve plates to reduce screening noise. A rubber sieve plate with a three-layer structure can be selected, with the upper layer being a wear-resistant adhesive layer and the middle layer being a special fabric skeleton layer to support and strengthen the strength of the sieve plate; The lower layer is a hard colloid layer, which is dependent on the bracket. This not only reduces the impact sound, but also overcomes the hole blockage caused by stretching deformation after use when using a single elastic material for screening
