Vibration Sieve for Dry Corn Starch

In March a client from Pakistan requested a vibration sieve machine for corn starch, mesh 60, replacement 80 mesh, capacity 4-5ton/h. 

We have many clients in potato starch, corn starch industry, based on that experience, we proposed the rotary vibration sieve, diameter 1800mm, food grade silicone balls to clean the mesh, in case the mesh clogging and reduce the sieving efficiency ,and final deal with him.

When our client received the sieve machine in Jun and tested it, it can reach 4-5t/h, and collected the oversized fraction , sieving accuracy is also very high, there is almost no 30# less powder in it.
