Shellac resin has strong adhesion, good gloss, stable to ultraviolet rays, good electrical insulation properties, both thermoplasticity and thermosetting, soluble in alcohol and alkali, oil and acid resistance, non-toxic and non-irritating to humans, and can be used as varnish and polishing agent , Adhesives, insulating materials and molding materials, etc., used in national defense, electrical, coatings, rubber, plastics, medicine, leather, paper, printing, food and other industrial sectors. In order to obtain high-quality shellac, it is necessary to grade and remove the shellac. The main choice for the classification and impurity removal of shellac is a linear vibrating screen. The mesh is a 3 mm square sieve plate, which is strong and durable.

DZSF series shellac linear vibrating screen is driven by double vibrating motors. When the two vibrating motors rotate synchronously and in opposite directions, the exciting force generated by the eccentric blocks cancels each other out in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and stacks into a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis, so the trajectory of the screen machine Is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle in the vertical direction relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of the exciting force and the material's self-gravity, the material is thrown up and jumped on the screen surface or moved forward in a straight line, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading materials. .
