The round vibrating screen is a high-precision fine powder screening machine, suitable for screening and filtering materials such as granules, powder, dust, mucus, etc.Its feed particle size is between 5mm and 400 mesh, and it is used in chemical, food, metal, metallurgy and environmental management industries.

The seasoning rotary vibration sieve separates the broken materials with different particle sizes through a single or multi-layer screen surface with uniform holes multiple times and divides them into several different levels, which is called screening.After a large amount of broken materials with different particle sizes and mixed thickness enter the screen surface, only a part of the particles are in contact with the screen surface. Due to the vibration of the screen box, the material layer on the screen is loosened, which further expands the gap that already exists for large particles and small particles. The particles pass through the gap and are transferred to the lower layer or conveyor.Because the gaps between small particles are small, large particles cannot pass through, so the originally chaotically arranged particle groups are separated, that is, they are stratified according to particle size, forming an arrangement rule with small particles at the bottom and coarse particles at the top.
