When sieving pork floss because it contains meat fat, all the oil is very oily. When the customer asked our vibrating screen to sift the pork floss, we recommended the compulsory vibrating screen to the customer according to the customer’s details. The customer used to screen manually. The output was very small. Later, an ordinary vibrating screen was used for sieving. After a period of sieving, the mesh will be stuck due to the oily screen of the meat floss. The screening effect using equipment is not very satisfactory, so this time we tried our forced sieve. Compared with the ordinary rotary vibrating screen, the forced screen adds a set of compulsory devices on the basis of the rotary vibrating screen, and the screening effect is particularly good, and the customers are very satisfied.
