There are two main processes for marble screening, one is dry and the other is wet. This article mainly talks about the linear vibrating screen for wet screening.

The screening process is mainly that the marble is dissolved in water in the pool, and the water is pumped up by a pump and enters the linear screen for screening. The water content is about 80% and 90%. So how should this linear screen be manufactured? First of all, a cyclone needs to be installed in front of the linear screen. The main function of the cyclone is to adjust the water content. The main point of wet screening is that the humidity of the material should not be too large or too small, and the effect is best if it is controlled at 50%-60%. . Second, the sieve plate needs to use a polyurethane sieve plate, which is a necessary sieve plate for dehydration, which has the advantages of water resistance and abrasion resistance. Third, the discharge port of the under-screen material is at the bottom of the linear screen, so it is convenient to discharge water directly. Fifth, it is also a very important point, we must let the screen machine have a negative angle of upward climbing, so that the drainage effect is best.
