Application of Stainless Steel Vibrating Screen in Sieving Glutinous Rice Flour
Water milled glutinous rice flour is famous for its softness, toughness and smoothness. The process flow of glutinous rice flour: glutinous rice→soaking→sand milling→sieving through stainless steel vibrating screen→press filter→crushing→drying→packing→finished product.
With the advent of the stainless steel vibrating screen, sieving glutinous rice flour can save a lot of unnecessary manpower and material resources, and greatly reduce labor costs. Sieving 120 mesh glutinous rice flour, with a processing capacity of 100KG-150KG per hour, a layer of stainless steel rotary vibrating sieve with two discharge ports. The one-layer sieve machine can sieve out two specifications of powder. When the glutinous rice flour is poured into the feed inlet and touches the 120-mesh stainless steel screen, the 120-mesh glutinous rice flour is used as the sieve and comes out from the upper outlet. The 120-mesh glutinous rice flour is used as the under-sieve to be sifted out from the lower discharge port.
The whole machine is made of 304 stainless steel, with low noise and high efficiency. It only takes 3-5 minutes to change the screen. It is a fully enclosed structure.
