The machine consists of vertical vibration motor, screen base, mesh frame, screening chamber and rubber vibration ring and so on. The vibrating ball on mesh bracket flaps the mesh continuously so that the screen is not easy to be blocked. This machine can be used either for single layer or multi layers grading.
Round rotary vibro screen has a vertical motor system, with eccentric hammers being installed on top and bottom of the motor, where the vibration motor acts as the vibratory source.The direction of the eccentric hammers may change its rotational mode either in horizontal,vertical and inclined movement into the sieving surface, reaching the purpose of screening, grading, removing impurities anf filtration.
