The adjustment method of the upper and lower weights of the rotary vibrating screen:
1. Changing the phase angle of the upper and lower weights of the rotary vibrating screen can change the movement track and residence time of the material on the screen, in order to adapt the screen to the separation state required by various materials, such as material distribution, processing capacity , separation efficiency, network rate and other changes, it should be adjusted to the best state.
2. The angle of the upper weight cannot be adjusted. Open the adjustment hole of the bottom barrel of the rotary vibrating screen, loosen the fixing bolt of the lower weight, and adjust the phase angle of the upper and lower weights in the opposite direction of the discharge port according to the movement trajectory of the screened material. (Refer to Figure 2), then put a small amount of material on the screen, let the screen machine run, and check the movement trajectory of the screen material. If the processing parameters reach the best effect, stop the machine and tighten the fixing bolts, and the adjustment is over ( Remember to tighten the fixing bolts).
Note: Sometimes due to the influence of the specific gravity, humidity, stacking inclination angle and other parameters of the material, it is impossible to adjust the phase angle successfully at one time, so the user should have sufficient patience to adjust, so that the screening machine can play its due high efficiency.
3. Adjustment of additional weights, additional weights are installed on one side of the upper and lower weights. Its function is to increase or decrease the vibration force of the screen machine, which can be increased or decreased according to the number of layers of the user’s screen machine and the specific gravity of the material. Vibration force, by increasing or decreasing the size of the vibration force, the rotary vibrating screen can achieve the best working state.
