Today, I will explain the initial installation and debugging of the rotary vibrating screen after the arrival of the product.
1. Remove the transport fixing clips. Since the bottom frame of the screen machine and the vibrating body are connected by springs, the upper and lower parts of the rotary vibrating screen are fixed as a whole by the transport fixing clips during transportation, so as to avoid the vibration of the rotary vibrating screen. The upper part and the spring are damaged. After entering the installation site and installing, the transport fixing clip must be removed before use. It is strictly forbidden to test the machine and use without the fixing clip.
2. According to the name map of each part of the equipment, carefully check whether there is any abnormality. If there is any abnormality, please contact our company.
3. The screen machine should be placed on a horizontal foundation during installation, and an anti-vibration rubber sheet should be laid between the workbench and the machine base when the foundation is not laid.
4. The vibration motor and the cable in the screen machine are subjected to severe vibration during operation, and the standard ground wire must be connected for safe production.
5. Each layer of the vibrating screen can be rotated 360°, loosen the locking ring bolts, adjust the required position of the discharge port of each layer, and then tighten the locking ring bolts. Use a wooden stick or a rubber hammer to hammer the outer circumference of the locking ring until there is no loose sound.
