Daily inspection and maintenance of vibrating screen
1. Carefully check whether the fastening bolts at each joint of the screen machine are loose, and whether the locking ring is locked. If it is loose, it will cause damage to the screen machine if it continues to run.
2. Carefully check whether the wiring between the vibration motor and the power switch is worn or not. When replacing the cable, use a neoprene vibration-resistant cable to check whether the grounding wire is in good condition. It is strictly forbidden to run the vibration motor without phase.
3. Regularly check the motor for abnormal sound and abnormal heating. The temperature limit of the motor bearing part is 40 °C higher than the ambient temperature. If it is abnormal, add No. 3 lithium base grease or replace the bearing. Operated by technicians with professional knowledge.
4. Check whether the screen mesh is tensioned every day and whether the mesh surface is damaged. If there is damage, replace the mesh in time.
