The screening precision of our circular setaccio vibrante is excellent, and the blocking rate of the screen is less than 10% in average.
Setaccio vibrante is a vertical motor system. Eccentric hammer is installed at the top and bottom of the machine, and the vibrating motor is used as the vibration source. The direction of eccentric hammer can change the rotation mode of horizontal, vertical and inclined movement of silica sand on the screen surface. Then, the silica sand on the screen surface will also move, and then be removed from the upper and lower material openings to achieve the purpose of screening.
